This Sudoku Solver shows you the steps for solving most 9x9 sudokus.

You need to install Java.

Instructions

1. Load a puzzle by either:
   • Clicking "Easy," "Medium," or "Hard" to load a random puzzle of that difficulty, or
   • Entering each digit of your own puzzle, substituting 0s for blank cells
2. Click "Solve" to animate the solution, or click the "<<" or ">>" buttons to step through the solution manually
